Summer League Registration 2008:

This year's registration fee will stay at $100 per player.

Families registering more than one child will be charged $80 for any
additional participant(s).

We are no longer requiring US Lacrosse Insurance from our players. We will
be insuring through a different agency in 2008.

Please printout the following two forms and send back with payment to
the mailing address below. Please make sure everything is signed!
