Summer League Registration 2012:
CYLA Summer League registration will
take place in mid February
Please check back to our website at that time.

This year's registration fee will be $135.

Families registering more than one child will be charged $115 for any
additional participant(s).

We are no longer requiring US Lacrosse Insurance from our players. We will
be insuring through a different agency in 2012.

Please printout the following two forms and send back with payment to
the mailing address below. Please make sure everything is signed!
