preferred: Cascade Helmet w/ white shell. Scarlet visor, Scarlet chin guard
GLOVES	ELBOW PADS
LACROSSE STICK	CLEATS
A beginner stick should run in the range of $25-$30. More expensive shafts can be bought for experienced players.
All players should also have a mouthpiece and protective cup. Rib guards are optional, but encouraged. For beginners, a Starter Kit should be available from the businesses below:
