Mike Silverstein returns for his tenth season as the head coach of the Red Devils. Last season, Coach Silverstein led the Devils to a program best 16-3 record, breaking Orchard Park's strangehold on Section 6's Class A dominance with a 7-5 victory in the sectional finals. It was the first sectional title won by any Clarence lacrosse team. Silverstein has registered a 42-13 record over the past three years (76% win pct). Coach Silverstein is also currently the head varsity soccer coach and is presently a physical education teacher at Sheridan Hill Elementary in Clarence.

Charley Warkenthien returns for his sixth season as the varsity assistant coach. Coach Warkenthien is responsible for coordinating the Red Devil defensive corps. A top clinician, Warkenthien's defenses are always well prepared, and annually finish as one of the top in Section 6 . A focus on a strong "team defensive concept" will make the Devils successful in 2012. A native Long Islander, Coach Warkenthien has the distinction of playing on the "first ever" NYS HS championship team as a senior at Elmont in 1977.
